Refund & Replacement Policy
At Wholesale Bazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the heavily discounted nature of our "Godown Clearance" sales, our return policy is strict but fair.
1. General Returns
Because these are clearance items sold at manufacturing cost, we do not accept "change of mind" returns or refunds. As stated on our product pages, complaints regarding the condition of the outer cardboard packaging will not be entertained, as the stock is heavily discounted specifically due to outer box damage.
2. 3-Day Replacement Guarantee
If the actual product inside (e.g., the cookware itself) arrives broken, cracked, or structurally defective due to severe transit damage, we offer a free replacement.
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Please send an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged item to support@wholesalebazaar.shop or via our WhatsApp support number.
- Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement unit at no extra cost to you.
3. Refunds for Undelivered Items
If your prepaid order is lost in transit by our courier partner and cannot be delivered, a 100% full refund will be initiated to your original UPI/Bank account within 3-5 business days.
4. How to Request Support
To initiate a replacement claim, please email us at support@wholesalebazaar.shop with your Name, Address, Order Date, and proof of internal damage.
